Documentary Photography / Commercial Production

Client: SmallRig China
Year: 2025
Project: Behind-the-Scenes Photography

A documentary photography series captured behind the scenes of a commercial production for the collaboration between SmallRig and Transformers.

The series explores the atmosphere of the film set — where industrial aesthetics, technology, and creative processes come together.

Through black-and-white imagery, the focus shifts to the people, equipment, textures, and subtle moments often overlooked during production.

Beyond the final frame — a story of the people and the process behind it.

ALSIB — The Alaska–Siberia Air Route

Historical Documentary Photography / Expedition

Client: Russian Geographical Society
Year: 2021
Project: Historical & Documentary Expedition

A photographic documentary of a large-scale expedition organized by the Russian Geographical Society and the Russian Ministry of Defense to explore the historic Alaska–Siberia (ALSIB) air route.

The expedition aimed to document the route's surviving infrastructure, investigate its historical and cultural heritage, and preserve the memory of those who made it possible.

Through documentary photography, the project pays tribute to the pilots who flew through extreme conditions and the local communities who built and maintained the airfields.

A journey through history, remote landscapes, and the human stories behind one of World War II's remarkable aviation routes.
